The hotel had friendly and helpful staff who provided great customer service. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to transportation options and nearby attractions.
There were a few negatives that affected my stay. The noise from the nearby train tracks was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was good. Based 300 meters away from jack the ripper museum. Really enjoyed it.

Our room was spacious and had convenient amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities. the breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from.
The hotel was situated close to a noisy railway line which could be disturbing at times. the hotel was a bit of a walk from the nearest tube station, but we found the walk manageable.
